Hello and welcome, my name is Bryant Payden, Owner and Lead Photographer of B. Payden Photography, LLC. I’m a Virginia Beach, Virginia native and have over 16 years experience as a working Professional Photographer in the Washington DC and Hampton Roads area. I come from a Navy family and  have been fortunate enough to combine my love of travel with my passion for art and photography into a successful business.

My parents were both photographers and I’ve had cameras for as long as I can remember. I shoot with Professional Canon and Mamiya equipment and have trained and shot extensively with Hasselblad systems as well. I belong to several professional organizations with an emphasis on education, staying current with photographic trends and am always striving to improve my craft.

My wedding photography career began 13 years ago as an assistant photographer with one of the most talented wedding photographers on Capitol Hill in Washington DC. My wedding style is a blend of simple classic elegance with a candid documentary style that strives to not just capture the moments from your special day but the emotion as well. No wedding or photography assignment is over for me until we have exceeded all your expectations.
